Proof Of Affiliation
Below are acceptable forms of proof. There are several different types of proof that you can
send us in several different ways:
Volunteers Must Provide:
The volunteer must provide an acceptance letter or email from a volunteer organization that simply states your involvement as a volunteer.
Non Profit Employees Must Provide:
If you are an employee of the non-profit, you may provide a business card or other official proof of employment.
